Tom will:

• Protect meaningful local authority over zoning, land use and development decisions.

• Push back on unfunded mandates that leave local taxpayers with the bill.

• Prioritize transportation investments where safety, congestion, freight movement and growth create measurable needs.

• Support infrastructure planning that coordinates state, county and city responsibilities.

• Keep residents and local elected officials involved in decisions that directly shape their communities.

Tom has a proven track record advocating for local control, and in planning, funding, constructing and maintaining critical infrastructure in one of Minnesota's fastest growing cities. As State Representative, Tom will be a strong advocate for local control and for prioritizing and funding infrastructure in our District and throughout Minnesota.

From Maple Grove to Maple Plain, every city in our district has key needs on the horizon. Tom will fight to help ensure residents and businesses in 37A have access to the important infrastructure our communities need.
