- Holding criminals accountable - especially repeat and violent offenders

Tom has worked closely with public safety partners to ensure community safety. Under his leadership, Corcoran has led the way as one of the safest cities in Minnesota every year (SafeWise). He's supported officers, is endorsed by the MPPOA, has negotiated multiple successful Collective Bargaining Agreements, and helped create one of the most successful and innovative recruitment and retention programs in the state at a time when it is needed most.
